Wildflowers ottoman
Product Details
A little bit of wildness for your living space.
A one-of-a-kind upholstered ottoman, designed and handmade in the Pav studio.
The deep black upholstery becomes a canvas for a collection of colourful, hand-applied flowers and organic shapes. Each flower is deliberately different — imperfect, playful and full of character. Rather than following a traditional floral pattern, the design feels more like a wild garden growing freely across the surface.
The inspiration
Inspired by wildflowers growing where they're not supposed to, this piece is about individuality, colour and the beauty of things that don't need to be perfectly arranged.
The contrast between the dark background and vivid flowers gives the ottoman the feel of a piece of artwork as much as furniture. The shapes are expressive and intentionally imperfect, giving the design a handmade quality that could never be replicated exactly.
Made differently
At Pav, the materials matter as much as the design.
The fabrics used across Pav pieces are sourced from overstock, surplus and deadstock materials — fabrics that already exist but may otherwise be left unused or eventually discarded.
Rather than creating new demand for virgin materials, Pav gives these forgotten fabrics another life, transforming them into unique furniture, functional objects and pieces of art.
This ottoman is part of that approach: take something that already exists, reimagine it, and make something completely new.
Because the materials are often limited or one-off, the fabric combinations and designs are naturally unique. When they're gone, they're gone.
Less waste. More imagination. One of one.
